Glenn is from Lamberhurst in Kent and is good friends with our member Paul Grant. He's like many of our members who were Mods in the 60's and probably couldn't resist getting back to owning a scooter again. Glenn came to our first rally at Liverton in June this year (2010) and brought with him this superbly restored Li series 2 and a Vespa GS160. Not surprisingly he has won prizes when he's taken them to rallies/shows etc and yes he won first prize with his Vespa at our rally too! The colour theme of this Li is Ferrari red so was that an expensive paint job I wonder?

Steve Key from Gillingham in Kent sent in this picture of his Lambretta Li S2 which he bought recently He saw Torbay Mods rally ride out whilst standing at the roadside in Torquay and got in touch with us. Steve is 58 and has been a Mod all his life. He hopes to come and join us at our rally this year and we look forward to meeting him too. Hopefully another member to help out now and again at the gate! Welcome aboard Steve

Tomo owns this silver PX and he lives in Plympton. This isn't the first Vespa he has owned and he knows the scoot very well. Recently he stopped to help a stricken rider on the A38 in the Plymouth Meg-ride charity event and diagnosed the problem straight away as being a seized carb. Luckily for the rider Tomo was just behind him but it nearly wasn't so lucky for Tomo who had to avoid him! He was probably surprised to see a Vespa brake down too!

Del ( Derrick Allott) is from the Costa Del Sol in Spain. This is his Auto Vespa and Del says "hope you don't mind automatics but you burn out to many clutches over here with all the traffic" Not at all Del and in fact we have as many as 5 members that own GTS style auto's as they're very retro looking and reliable

This is Rog the Mod (Rodger Denley)...He's 5, been married to Sandy for 35 years and lives in Cheltenham Gloucestershire. Roger says he's chuffed to bits with this 1966 Vespa 150 super and it's easy to see why from these pictures

Sep 09 Stan went up and joined Rog the Mod and the Gloucester and Cheltenham SC for a ride out to the Cotswolds. You can see a few pictures Stan took at Bourton on the Water (And he said he would never get used to that flippin camera! or words to that effect lol) Anyway looks like they had a great day out visiting places like Bourton on the Water,   Click here to see them
