10 of our members met up early on Saturday 25th September for a day trip on our scooters to Weston-Super-Mare. Mike King followed us in his van and was our support vehicle although luckily we had no breakdowns. When we got there at Weston-Super-Mare Rugby Football Ground it was heaving with scooters old and new and we split up to walk round the parts fair which was held on the field. We had to queue for the food which was served from the club house but it was tasty and good value. It took us just over 4 hours to get there but we did get lost in Taunton where there were road closures and diversions in place. However thankfully our new member Roger once lived there and was able to lead us out of the town. All in all we had a great day and it was lots of fun
